Morgan Slade
Born in Los Angeles, California, Morgan moved to the Bay Area for school. A graduate in Fine Arts from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1991, Morgan has been in the food and hospitality business for 20 years. Fifteen of the those years were spent in San Jose as the award winning Wine Director for the acclaimed Italian restaurant La Pastaia, in the historic Hotel De Anza where he most recently took over as the hotel’s Director of Food and Beverage. While Curtis handles the food, Morgan serves as Creative Director for The Kitchen Daily.
